Welcome to 'Fit and Lean Christine'. I am a university student from Australia, 20 years of age and who's out to make a change in her life - and with that, comes a smokin' body, a bright mind and an outlook that breeds pro-activeness and positivity.

I believe in making a change for yourself. You have to want it bad enough, that the fear of taking the first step into the unknown, becomes obsolete. You're the only one who can change for you.

I'm the canvas - lifting, running, IIFYM and carb cycling are my tools.

#mealprep for tomorrow, living that #tupperwarelife! For breakfast, a #chiaseedpudding made with almond milk, chocolate protein powder and 50g frozen blueberries. Lunch will be 250g of dill and garlic #basafillet #fish with 225g of steamed broccoli. Will be snacking on 20 roasted almonds, 2 hard boiled whole eggs, 2 hard boiled egg whites and 25 of Mars Pods! Yes, I do get to eat chocolate and biscuits on my #cuttingdiet 😉
