Welcome to 'Fit and Lean Christine'. I am a university student from Australia, 21 years of age and who's out to make a change in her life - and with that, comes a smokin' body, a bright mind and an outlook that breeds pro-activeness and positivity.

I believe in making a change for yourself. You have to want it bad enough, that the fear of taking the first step into the unknown, becomes obsolete. You're the only one who can change for you.
